A quick and easy way to make delicious American pancakes and waffles!

This complete pancake and waffle mix from Aunt Jemima just needs the addition of 2 cups of water (something you'll always have on tap) to make a perfect batter! Have delicious food on standby all the time when you have a box of Aunt Jemima's in the kitchen.

This mix contains no artificial colouring or flavours and is a good source of calcium and iron.

Ingredients

• 2 Cups of Aunt Jemima's Pancake Mix
• 1 1/2 Cups Cold Water

Directions

Step 1 - Heat frying pan over medium-low heat and add a dash of cooking oil

Step 2 - Combine the mix with the water and stir until any large lumps disappear (do not beat or over mix). Let the mixture stand 3-4 minutes to thicken.

Step 3 - Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake into the pan

Step 4 - Turn the pancake over when bubbles start to form and the bottoms are golden brown.
