This page details the delivery pricing, services, and policy regarding delivery of our candy to United States.
Prices start from $10.45 for up to 100g*
The price will increase gradually as the total weight of your basket increases. You can see the weight of individual items on the product detail pages, and you can view the total weight of your basket at any time using the "Basket stats" link at the top of the basket page.
*The weight used is either the packaged weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is higher. You can view these figured by clicking on the "Basket stats" link on the basket page.

This list is not exhaustive, and from time to time we may need to change the service used in order to send your goods effectively. If you require a specific service be used that isn't listed on the basket when you order, please contact us.

Delivery timescales include working days only. Weekends and holidays are not included. International shipments may be affected by weekend and holiday days in any or all of the countries involved. Adverse weather may also affect timescales. Our estimated delivery dates only take into account UK holidays at present.
If the service you select does not have tracking then we cannot provide any helpful information regarding the status of a shipment once it has been sent. We also cannot guarantee delivery, only that the package was sent to the address provided. These options are available for people who require a low shipping price to make their purchase practical, while taking the risk of non-delivery.
"Guaranteed" delivery timescales
Guaranteed delivery times are effective from when we ship your goods. If there is a delay shipping your goods due to requiring communication with you beforehand, this may affect the eventual timescale guarantee. The guarantee ends at the point when delivery is first attempted. If you are not available to take the delivery at this point then there is no longer a delivery guarantee. Where a guarantee is still valid and you do not receive your goods within the timescale, we will reimburse you to the value we can claim from the given courier for a delayed delivery.
Any heat-sensitive items shipped in hot weather are entirely at your own risk, and we cannot replace items that melt or are otherwise heat damaged in transit. However to help you mitigate the risk we sell ice packs and also offer a range of express services to ensure your goods reach you before damage occurs. Please contact us for more information on this.
If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address, then we cannot be liable for undelivered or mis-delivered packages. If your package is returned to us then we will be able to refund you for the cost of the goods, but not for the cost of delivery.
Parcels left in a safe place
With some delivery services, you may specify that a parcel can be left in a safe place. If you choose to do this, the package will be left entirely at your own risk. Once the courier has confirmed they have left the package in the specified place it is considered delivered, and no claim for non-delivery can be made.
